Who we are
Epoxy Armour Coatings is a business name of Story Holdings Pty Ltd, ABN 30 669 647 205, Sippy Downs QLD 4556. Contact info@epoxyarmourcoatings.com.au or 0414 462 369. The website and the job system behind it are built and hosted for us by Choice Media & Marketing.
What we collect, and why
When you ask for a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the suburb and street of the job, the type of floor and whatever you tell us about it. We use that to contact you, quote the job and do the work. We do not collect your IP address, and we do not use advertising pixels or sell anything you do here. The one measurement tool on the site is Google Analytics, described below.
Photographs
We take photographs of floors before, during and after work. They are stored privately and used to manage the job. A photograph appears on this website only if you have told us that is fine, either by ticking the box on the quote form or by agreeing with Tori on site, and it is shown with the suburb only, never your name or address. The camera data in a photograph, including the location it was taken, is removed before it leaves the phone it was taken on. You can ask for a photograph to be taken down at any time.
Where it is kept and who sees it
Your details are stored with Cloudflare in Australia, in a system only Epoxy Armour Coatings staff can sign in to. Emails to you and to us are sent through Resend. Nobody else is given your details and we do not sell or share them.
This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, so we know what people are looking for. Google Analytics does not record your IP address or anything that identifies you, and advertising features are switched off. You can block it with a browser setting or extension and the site works the same.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and job records are kept for seven years after the job closes, as business records. Photographs are kept for two years after the job closes. Both are deleted automatically after that. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
No marketing unless you ask
We only contact you about your enquiry and your job. We do not send newsletters or offers unless you ask us to.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, by emailing info@epoxyarmourcoatings.com.au. If you are not happy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
